More stories around the net of poor customer experiences from Facebook, firstly they change their app to read SMS and MMS messages from your mobile.
That's very intrusive.
Now it has emerged Facebook have been allegedly snooping on your private messages to obtain further information to sell on. Obviously the £13m fine they received wasn't enough to deter them, so business as usual more snooping to follow.
I have been urging people to remove themselves from the site, however it would be easier to ask a smack head to go cold turkey.
