Jambox Mini Now Available For Pre-Order

In smaller, less expensive, audio news. Jawbone put their latest Jambox, the aptly titles Jambox Mini, up for pre-order on their site. It cost $179 (the original Jambox - now called 'Jambox Classic' is getting cut to $149) - which is much less expensive than Teenage Engineering's OD-11 wireless speaker, also available for pre-order today. I have an odd affinity for portable Bluetooth speakers. I've been using the original HDMX Jam for quite some time now (even though there have been two successors, the Jam 2 and XT) - for about a year. It's held up well for a little under a year, but a component has come lose inside it making everything sound odd. I now know what I'll be replacing it with. Link: Pre-Order Jambox Mini
